🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – The Flash Craft

At The Flash Craft, we value your satisfaction. Every piece of jewelry we send is carefully inspected and documented (including video records) before shipping to ensure it is free of physical defects or damage.

Please note: We are not liable for any physical damage caused during transit or post-delivery handling. Returns or exchanges due to non-manufacturing issues (e.g., physical damage, mishandling, or incorrect storage) may not be eligible for a full or partial refund.


1. Returns

📦 Damaged Products Due to Manufacturing Defect:

If your item arrives broken or defective due to a manufacturing issue, please email proof of damage (pictures, video, invoice number, and any relevant details) to:

📅 Within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request that the damaged product be returned to us.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

🔁 Other Returns (Non-defective items):

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase.

A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Return shipping must be covered by the customer.

Upon request, we can help arrange return shipping (shipping charges apply).


2. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges for damaged or defective jewelry due to manufacturing issues, provided that proof is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

📷 Send photos/videos of the damage to info@theflashcraft.com to initiate the exchange process.


3. Exceptions – Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or used

Customized or engraved items

Items returned after 15 days of purchase

Missing items from sets or bundles

Items sold as display or sample pieces

Packaging that has been opened and no longer in its original condition


4. Shipping for Returns
